Please read through the information and fill out each of the fields to be considered for the market. This is a juried selection by our Holiday Events Committee. Completed application does not guarantee acceptance.

In the event of inclement weather, market fees will be refunded by December 6.

EVENT INFORMATION
Saturday, November 30 | 10:00 a.m - 3:00 p.m.
Archie's Gardenland, 6700 Z Boaz Pl, Fort Worth, TX 76116
Booth Details:
Fee: $50
Includes 10'x10' space with (1) 8' table with linen and (2) chairs
Lunch will be offered on-site at $10 per person (up to 2 people)
Set up and strike down details
Booth load-in will take place from 9 a.m. - 10 a.m.
Booth strike will take place from 3 p.m. - 4 p.m.
RULES AND FYI
This is an outdoor event
No tents allowed
Products MUST be hand-made
No MLM vendors at this time
Vendors can NOT sell: Food or Plants
Vendors must be present until the end of the event (3:00pm)
*Electricity is not available
ENTRY GUIDELINES:
Applicants must submit: (1) The completed Entry Form; (2) Photos of all items to be sold; (3) A photo of your booth setup. Applications submitted without the requested photographs will not be accepted. This applies to all returning and new applicants.

All Applications Due: November 4
Accepted Vendors Notified: November 6
Payment and Confirmation Due: November 8​
**If you cannot be present, the cancellation date is November 15, 2024 for a full refund.**
