Each year, residents and civic groups gather to participate in Fort Worth's Cowtown Great American Clean Up. Volunteers are focused that morning on trash pickup and beautification projects around town.

Keeping the spirit of community and beautification, we have Camp Bowie Clean Up. Together with partners and volunteer groups, our organization selects green spaces
and select public service locations to adorn with seasonal color, greenery, soil and other landscaping updates to maintain a beautiful boulevard.

We are actively looking for volunteer groups who can help us beautify Camp Bowie District.

All supplies and plantings as well as a layout for each area will be supplied. Each group will be asked to work from 8:00 am – 11:30 am. At the conclusion of the work time, we will celebrate our work and come together for a hotdog party in the parking lot of Briggs Freeman. We will have raffle prizes and food for volunteers. Prep work will be completed prior to March 23 and a supervisor for each area will be at each location to guide volunteers on the plantings and plans for the area. Camp Bowie District Inc is looking for groups of 5 – 12 volunteers to participate. We will need 5 – 7 groups to accomplish the scheduled work. We hope your group will consider participating in this volunteer community event and add a little beautification to our historic Boulevard.
